Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role located in Gurugram, Haryana. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, creating sales targets and budgets, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service to drive sales.

The ideal candidate should be energetic and motivated with a strong willingness to learn and grow in the company.


  • Increase outreach and partner with distributors and retailers to place BA's products in the market.
  • Build relations with doctors, nutritionists and Ayurveda practitioners to market and up-sell BA products.
  • Streamline marketing activities to benefit sales growth.
  • Analyse market trends and accordingly develop marketing and sales strategies to increase brand awareness.
  • Educate partners about product portfolio and services offered
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business development opportunities.
  • Develop positive working relationship with partners to build business.
  • Stay updated with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities.

  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management and team leadership
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and sales targets
  • Customer-focused approach and ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Experience in the healthcare industry and Ayurvedic products is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent field
