Giloy (also known as Guduchi) is the ‘amrit’ or nectar in Ayurveda. Giloy is a powerful herb that boosts immunity by flushing out toxins, bringing down any kind of fever or inflammation and reducing respiratory problems. Use giloy for cough, healthy weight management and for increasing the platelet count in case of dengue fever. You may also use giloy for Diabetes as it helps in managing blood glucose levels.
